For over two decades, I’ve coached women through the deep physical, hormonal, and emotional shifts that come with midlife — helping them rebuild their strength, metabolism, and confidence. I’m a former professional fitness athlete with two Pro Cards (WBFF and FAME), a published fitness model, and have been featured in leading fitness magazines such as Oxygen, Strong, and Inside Fitness.
I’m also the co-author of The Athlete’s Mindset with world-renowned sports psychologist Dr. Terry Orlick, PhD. and fellow co-author Leslie Lewis. That work shaped how I coach today — blending performance psychology, identity work, and mental resilience with evidence-based training and nourishment.
Over the years, I’ve helped thousands of women move from frustration and self-doubt into strength, clarity, and sustainable results.
